Our paid, part-time Digital Marketing Implementation Intern supports the ongoing growth of our Implementation program, which manages the onboarding and integration process for all new clients coming into the agency. The Implementation Team works at the intersection of Client Services, Sales and Engineering to ensure cross-team alignment and effective onboarding of all new clients. 

The Digital Marketing Implementation Intern thrives in an environment where processes are constantly evolving and is able to develop practical solutions to new internal and client-facing challenges.  In this position, the Digital Marketing Implementation Intern will gain valuable experience in cross-department project management, effective internal communication, and data analytics. S/he works quickly and efficiently to produce high volumes of output while maintaining high-quality standards to meet team goals. Regular tasks demand 1) data-driven, informative, and well-crafted communications across Adlucent departments and clients; 2) project timeline maintenance, and 3) progress translation for record-keeping. We’re looking for someone that loves to collaborate with others to complete projects successfully and effectively, and design creative, fresh solutions for a full slate of cross-departmental challenges. 

The Role:

  • Maintain and improve on a regular set of tasks and documents that you will own and be responsible for, including but not limited to: weekly status update emails, implementation tracker updates, internal client info pages, various meeting agendas/note keeping/recap summaries, internal implementation documentation

  • Gain experience as you support the rest of the Implementation team in project management across the company and help the exchange of information amongst all departments and work to adhere to timelines.  

  • Input client information into our internal intranet pages.

  • Pull Google Ads and Bing Ads data and record values in record-keeping and account health docs.

  • Enjoy adapting and working with other team members to ensure account success.

Must Have: 

  • Generally tech-savvy.

  • Solution-driven, optimistic personality with a “Make it work” attitude.

  • Critical thinking and problem solving through a dynamic network of people, products, and priorities. 

  • Organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. 

  • Strong computer skills, including Google Docs, Spreadsheets, etc. 

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. 

  • Comfort with high volumes of data entry. 

  • Ability to work in an open, collaborative work environment. 

Nice to have: 

  • An interest in digital marketing and advertising 

  • Account or Project Management experience

  • Online research skills 

  • Basic knowledge of search engines, online shopping & retail 

Other requirements: 

  • Currently enrolled in and pursuing a college degree 

  • Able to commit 20 hours per week for the duration of a semester
